Our Diagnostics Process

The customer will contact our technicians rather via IM, phone or email to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic service. If the PC is dropped or a technician picks up the PC a ticket # will be given including the make, model, serial # and customers info the customer will sign a release agreement and a copy will be given to the customer also.

The PC will be diagnosed within 24 hours unless the emergency repair service is selected and then a Technician will contact the customer to explain the issue and offer our excellent repair service. If the customer then agrees to the repair our technician will repair the PC and then call you once its completed. At that time they will schedule a time to either drop the computer off or you can pick the computer up.

Diagnostic Service includes the following:

• Scan for viruses,
• Scan for Spyware and key loggers,
• Scan for any unnecessary programs that load automatically with windows (Startup items),
• Scan for missing windows files,
• Diagnose Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, or any other Internet browser, for any miss-configuration,
• Test the operating system, Windows XP, Vista including the latest Windows 7, for proper functionality,
• Test installed hardware for proper functionality,,
• Check for proper BIOS configuration,
• Check the computer internally for any dust, dirt, etc… that might also be causing the problem.
