Our Repair Process

The customer will contact our technicians rather via IM, phone or email to schedule an appointment for a diagnostic service. If the PC is dropped or a technician picks up the PC a ticket # will be given including the make, model, serial # and customers info the customer will sign a release agreement and a copy will be given to the customer also.
The PC will be diagnosed within 24 hours unless the emergency repair service is selected and then a Technician will contact the customer to explain the issue and offer our excellent repair service. If the customer then agrees to the repair our technician will repair the PC and then call you once its completed. At that time they will schedule a time to either drop the computer off or you can pick the computer up.
Trip Charges: Charges for travel time only apply when (a)the location requires more than 1 hour in travel time; and (b) service is required during inclement weather such as snow. Trip charges are billed at the flat rate of $5.99. These trip charges may be waived at our discretion. For most customers, there will be no charges for travel.
You have the option to keep any computer components we remove. If you are sure you will not need them anymore, we will recycle the parts.
